Silver Club Update, July 28, 2011

Here’s our July 28th update:

Our goal is to stabilize our lives with real value just as our forefathers did for decades.  They would be appalled that we have allowed foreign banksters to run this country with paper printed out of thin air – they would call that counterfeiting.

See the list of those who are participating in our Bill of Rights Exchange at the end of the newsletter.  Then let us know if you want to participate.

Do you have a trade or product you would exchange for silver?  Or do you know food producers and others who would like to receive real value for their service or product?  🙂

Janet Lee

Silver Club Update, July 28, 2011

1.  Now available are the 2nd, 7th, 9th and 10th Amendment 1 oz. silver pieces.

We are also looking into creating complimentary ½ oz. silver and/or 1 oz. copper pieces for barter on smaller items.

2.  We met Ben Franklin at the South Platte Valley Historical Society Heritage Fair in May.  The restoration of historic Fort Lupton is being hand-built by volunteers who prepare the timbers and the entire structure just as was done in the early years of this country.  Every timber is ‘hand-hewn’.  The blacksmith was working on the huge hinges for the gates while we watched. All expenses are paid by grass-roots donations.  The American people at work!!!

Ben Franklin told us he designed some of the original coins for the colonies.  In fact the 1792 Coinage Act instructed the mint to ‘promptly mint coins’ for we the people as we brought in our ore.  Ben was excited to trade one of his coins for a 2nd Amendment Silver piece.  Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are the only two congressmen who are knowledgeable about our foundation laws and that the federal reserve note ‘dollars’ are – by law – counterfeit:

·  1792 Coinage Act – Death Penalty For Counterfeiting‏ – YouTube min – Apr 3, 2011 – Uploaded by RunToGoldDotCom The 1792 Coinage Actin Section 19 provides: SEC. 19. And be it further enacted,

Did you know that the fed reserve note/dollar has lost more than 500% of its value just since 2001?

The Native American who will dedicate The Fort this fall was excited to receive a “Lakota” as a gift from us.  We’ve learned from our Native American brothers and sisters that there is time for ‘give away’ and we want to honor our Native people’s when we meet with them.  You can order the Lakota through our Silver Club or from AOCS.

Another treasure we found at the Fort’s Mercantile was a pair of Courting Candles which can be adjusted up or down depending on how long you want them to burn.

3.  Since our last newsletter, Janet Lee was invited to explain “What is Real Money” to the Weld County 9/12 group and the Greeley GOP Breakfast group.  She explained why it is most important  to continue to build a private barter exchange based on value.  Getting to know our friends and neighbors and what they offer and do is critical!!! Our county is mostly rural with a wealth of all kinds of food producers and it will be fun building an exchange system based on value.

4.   Silver is still very volatile – rising nearly $6.00 this past month.  Some expect silver will out-pace gold:

“Could silver one day be worth more than gold?” by Peter Cooper

“The thing is that physical silver is in very short supply, and the situation in the Comex futures market is one of artificial price suppression that teeters on the brink of a breakdown. How else could any commodity be priced at less than it was 30 years ago?…However, the point to note is that silver prices are low now with massive upside potential if the bull market in precious metals continues and the global economy does not fall into a deflationary depression.”

5.   “Of all contrivances for cheating the laboring classes of mankind, none has been more effective than that which deludes them with paper money.  The few who could understand the system will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours, that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of the people mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that [bankers] derive from the system, will bear its burden.”- Daniel Webster

6.  Andy Schectman of Miles Franklin

“There is a major [silver] supply deficit issue, and it’s getting worse.  90% of the new business is in silver. And I think that’s indicative of the state of the economy. People are trying to get into precious metals, but they think gold is too high. I think they’re buying silver because they realize the fundamentals for owning gold also apply to silver. They think the profit potential is better in silver, too.”

7.  We thought you’d like to know the current price of 1 oz. of silver from Kitco:

PCGS-graded MS 70 Silver American Eagle 1oz
Product details
                            USD $ 90.62 ea.

Only shipping to USA

While our Silver Club members can get Bill of Rights Silver for only $5.50 over spot.

Keep in mind that Bill of Rights Silver is more valuable because it keeps our Bill of Rights memorialized in a silver piece that has numismatic potential.  The state and national legislators to whom we’ve awarded a Bill of Rights Silver piece are really uplifted by it and tell us they will always carry it with them or keep them at the top of the pile of their precious metals.  Check our website to see those who have been so honored.

 9.  Remember, if you have a product or service you would like to add to our Silver Exchange, send us an ad and support those in our Bill of Rights Silver Exchange.  The list is getting so long – we will soon have to have people go to our website for the list.

This service has typically been offered to high level professional individual contributors, managers and executives who have been making $75-$100,000 per year or more.  It is applicable to anyone, just that most people in economic circumstances below those levels, historically, either could not afford the services, or chose not to incur the expense.  In this case I am not requiring my traditional retainer and am accepting payment for services on a hourly rate of exchange – which normally I wouldn’t consider because of the time and work involved.

Call 303-337-5588 or e-mail me at to receive a complete written overview of the program.  PS – I am not an attorney so am reasonable in time allocation.

Silver Club Update, May 5, 2011

Good news!!!

1. Happy Mother’s Day! Have you thought about honoring Mom or Grandma with a piece of Bill of Rights Silver? We thought you’d like to see the 10th Amendment design which has been sent to the engraver. The 7th Amendment is being minted and was included in the large order that went in last week.

2. You are invited to the Weld County 9/12 group on 11 May 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at Destiny Christian Center, 6250 W.10th Street Unit 4, Greeley CO. Get Map and Directions. Come help us brainstorm enlarging our private barter group. Perhaps the most important thing we can do right now is to build a private barter exchange based on value. Getting to know our friends and neighbors and what they offer and do is critical!!! Our county is mostly rural with a wealth of all kinds of food producers and it will be fun building an exchange system based on value. I will suggest that they might consider becoming Read the rest of this entry »

Silver Club Update, April 3rd, 2011

Silver Club Update, April 3rd, 2011

Good news!!!

1.  Our Bill of Rights Silver will be featured along with Fernanda Power’s 1/2 ounce community barter piece and Marco Lam’s Gaian at the huge Denver Self Reliance Expo, April 8 and 9th  Fernanda, who will be managing the booth, has done an excellent job of promoting silver as barter in Northern Colorado  You will also want to go the the AOCS website to find merchants in your area

2.  Our silver piece honoring the 7th Amendment  is ready for minting.  See photo attached – so if you want some – let us know.

3.  In response to Geoff Broughton, Colorado 10th Amendment Chairman’s request, the design for the 10th Amendment is almost complete and will soon be going to the artists and engravers.

4.  The silver commemorative in honor of 2008 Presidential Candidate Rep. Ron Paul issued by Liberty Dollar is valued by as much as $375 on eBay.

5.  There are two ways to view this chart – one is that in only 1 month silver has risen in value nearly $4.00.  The other is that the already almost worthless federal reserve note has devalued that much.

The bad news:

1.  “Prices for more normal U.S. homes have been dropping for the past six months. In at least 14 major U.S. metro areas prices have slid to 2003 levels, recent data from the Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller price index show.  The report showed a 20-city composite of home prices fell a full percentage point in January from December. That report follows data last week showing existing home sales fell 9.6 percent last month and new home sales dropped to the lowest levels since recordkeeping began nearly 50 years ago. The weakness in housing could be a looming threat to the overall economic recovery.”

Janet Lee’s Note:  This morning, the lady who styles my hair was telling me that her son, who has just moved from Chicago to Florida is purchasing  a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with an in-ground swimming pool, sauna, extensive tiling, etc. – for $190,000.  It originally sold a few years ago for $400,000!

2.   From the New York Sun news re: the FBI/DOJ’s charges against Bernard von NotHaus creator of the Liberty Dollar:

“Here is a thought experiment concerning two men who have issued moneyOne issuedgold and silver coins that will today bring more in dollars than he charged for them. The other issued paper notes that are today worth but a fraction the gold or silver they were worth at the time they were issued. One man is facing the possibility of years in prison after a federal jury found his issuing of money to have been a crime. The other man is walking around free and being treated by the authorities with great deference.

Which is which?

It turns out that the man walking free is Ben Bernanke, the chairman of the Federal Reserve.A one-dollar note that his bank issued used to be worth — as recently as, say, the start of President Bush’s first term — a 265th of an ounce of gold; today it’s value has plunged to less than a 1,400th of an ounce of gold. The man who issued the coins that will fetch more dollars today than when he issued them is Bernard von NotHaus, 67. He called his coins “Liberty Dollars,”…

More Good News – The Real Law!!!

Janet Lee’s Note:  This New York Sun writer has not researched far enough.  The Constitution defines money as ‘coin’ – not the fiat paper the Fed Reserve prints out of thin air.  The 1792 coinage act made it a hanging offense if anyone was to ‘debase’ our forefather’s honest money system based on gold and silver coin.  That is the real law!  Why? – because any rules, statutes, ordinances, etc. are null and void at inception and are not law if they violate the constitutions, state or national!  See 16 American Jurisprudence 2d, Sec. 177, late 2d, Sec. 256: “No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law, and no courts are bound to enforce it.”

The Supreme Court upheld that an unconstitutional act is void “ab initio” i.e. the moment it is signed into “law.” In Norton v. Shelby Co.118 U.S. 425, 442, 6 S.Ct. 1121, 1125, 30 L.Ed. 178 (1886) it was held that: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights;  it imposes no duties;  it affords no protection, it creates no office;  it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” See also Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371, 376-77, 25 L.Ed. 717 (1879) “An unconstitutional law is void, and is as no law.  An offense created by it is not a crime.  A conviction under it is not merely erroneous, but is illegal and void, and cannot be a legal cause of imprisonment.”.

3.  From a speech given by Brandon Smith of at the Save America Convention held in Tampa, Florida, March 2011:  Truth and conscience take precedence over all things. If a law does not follow the inherent auspices of freedom and integrity, if it does not serve the true best interests of the people, then it should not be followed. Period. This goes for any law, current or pending, which would force Americans to abandon their ability to personally protect themselves, their families, and their communities, from financial disaster. I leave you with my final statement given at the Save America Convention to drive the point home:

Ultimately, the greatest leaders do not actually seek to lead, but to teach. They do not seek power for themselves; they seek to empower the common man. This is an act of real survival, for a country of steadfast individuals is unconquerable. It is a place without fear.”

Bill of Rights Silver Club Newsletter – October/November 2010

1.  Welcome to the many new people who have joined our Bill of Rights Silver Club!!!  I must apologize to you all for not getting our letter out the last couple of months, but with the many meetings Jim and I were attending relative to the elections; preparing and giving “What is Real Money” workshops; as well as extra writing of a ‘model money legislation’ for the 10th Amendment Chair and Silver Club Member Geoff Broughton – titled “Restoring the Honest Money System in America”; and assisting others who are caught in the corrupt banking and court systems –  I’ve been super busy. 🙂

2.  Despite delay of the newsletter and some ‘glitches’ with pricing on our website, the interest in Bill of Rights Silver has grown thanks to AOCS and those of you who are introducing others.  I thought you’d like to see the pricing of our pieces from another Read the rest of this entry »

Silver Club Update 11 May 2010

   1.  Our last silver shipment is in, so if any of you haven’t made arrangements to pick yours up, please let us know how you want delivery.   As you know, silver has been pretty volatile, but we intend to ‘lock in’ – as we did last month – when it is at its lowest.  Keep in mind – Jim and I will be out of town for 5 days, leaving May 13th for a needed ‘time out’.

            2.  Even though we haven’t advertised our website except to people we know, we are continually delighted to have new people order from as far east as Maine, as far west as Washington state and as far south as Tennessee and Sante Fe.

            3.   Most aware Americans realize that we are right back where we started before the American Revolution, with the federal and local governments’ and their attorneys creating a multitude of new offices and sending hither swarms of officers to harass we the people to ‘eat out our substance’ just as England’s King George did.  It is always amazing to me to see how many people born on American soil are willing to threaten other Americans for these lieyers and ‘fictions’ called government.  Have you ever noticed how almost all government ‘programs’ – like the census for instance – are run just like protection rackets?  Thanks to crafty government lawyers and their ‘word art’ – If you don’t ‘voluntarily comply’ – which is a huge oxymoron!!!– these rogue agencies will fine you $thousands!!! U.S. Rep. Michelle Bachman is right – we now have gangster governments.

Just this past 3 weeks, we had 5 different people ask how they can defend themselves and their private property from government agents or attorneys who no longer uphold our natural, American birth-rights and founding laws.  It was a great feeling when one of our Silver Club Members paid me in silver for my assistance.  It is so exciting! since it was the first time in my life I’ve ever been paid with what our forefathers, and our constitutions, uphold as lawful money.

I hope you will consider offering to pay other people with silver for their goods and services.  And as you find those people who are happy to be paid in real value – please ask them if they’d like to join our Silver Club to continue to exchange their products and services for real value.

        4.  Let us know if you have products or services you will offer for silver and check out our Members’ ads a the end of this newsletter.
